Need a cuddle...

This is my daughter and the reference for this photo was taken at the doctors office. Turns out she had fractured her wrist and she brought her friend to cuddle while we waited to find out if she needed a cast. There is a mix of stoicism, vulnerability, and trust that caught me and I had to take her photograph. I can only hope I caught that here.
This is technically a digital piece. However this piece, I shaded the whole thing with no blending or smudging as I would have done with a traditional graphite drawing. The only other brush used, besides a 6B pencil, was a old crusty brush I used for her stuffed animals fur.
